Self Growth - How to Overcome Your Critics


They all know it's part of the success journey.

They know they just can't get away from it.

Let me share with you a powerful insight about your success and why it's critical for you to get this.

***The more successful you get, the more critics and complainers find their way to you.

That's just how it is.

And the quicker you realize this, the better off you'll be.

It sometimes shocks me, the kind of emails I get.

My ratio is I'd say 175 positive to 1 'critical' email and that's fine, but what makes me laugh is the critic'.

Whining, complaining, this person wants everything for fr.ee.

They even curse at you, call you names; in the 'Conquering Yourself' manual they call these people 'levelers'.

Because they can't get over their own fear and weakness, they want to bring other people down, we see this in the trash tabloids everyday.

Going for your dreams isn't easy, that's why it's so rewarding.

What's even funnier is that the people who yell and curse can just unsubscribe themselves and never get an email again, but they'd rather 'raise themselves' by trying to bring someone else down.

So what we do is unsubscribe them ourselves.

Why am I telling you all this?

Because I want you to get out there and kick some butt.

I want you to be aware of the naysayers, critics, 'levelers'.

It's necessary for you to be aware because if you're not, it's easy for them to bring you down.

Every president, Bush, Clinton, every entrepreneur like Gates, Oprah, Spielberg, etc...they all have a ton of critics and they just keep moving forward.

We're not here for everyone, just someone. Find those "someones" and serve them.

Don't go where you're tolerated, go where you are celebrated. (read this again)

Going for your dreams takes bravery, self-assertion, conquering and managing your weaknesses.

Create a firestorm of success that melts away your critics.

Become a doer, get excited, get motivated, and take action each day.

The late President Teddy Roosevelt might have said it best:

"It is not the critic who counts, not the man who points out how the strong man stumbled, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena; whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs and comes short again and again; who knows the great enthusiasms, the great devotions, and spends himself in a worthy cause; who, at the best, knows in the end the triumph of high achievement; and who, at worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who know neither victory nor defeat."

He did say it best.

Sidestep the whiners and complainers and join a team of supercharged winners.
